The List

To whom was their Oath sworn?

1.  To us to obey and defend the Constitution as written in order to protect us from our federal government?

or…

2.  To obey and defend the President, Congress, and the Supreme Court and their dictates and decrees?

The Oath is to one or the other.

We have a right to know, so we started asking.

These are the people that understand and take their Oaths seriously.  They should be thanked and encouraged for being brave enough to take a stand and to restore the reality and seriousness of their Oath and the Constitution.

The 10th Amendment is the foundation and summary of the entire Constitution.

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

– The 10th Amendment

Why create The List?

Because they can no longer be allowed to believe that swearing the Oath is required, but obeying it is not.

“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within.  An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly.  But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself.  For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist.  A murderer is less to fear.  The traitor is the plague.”  – Marcus Tullius Cicero

Breaking their Oath of Office has no consequences.  Neither should disobeying and disregarding their unlawful, illegal, and unconstitutional dictates.

Article 1, Section 8 is the list of their powers that affect us on a daily basis.  The federal government was created to only do two things:

  1. Defense
  2. Facilitate trade

All else is breaking their oath.

On May 12th we are asking them to help us finalize the list of all Oath takers in our county and to draft legislation clarifying the purpose of the Constitution.  The Constitution is a contract and must mean what it says.  If they believe the Constitution is a growing document, then their Oath was a lie.  Their Oath was sworn to us to obey and defend the Constitution as written and not the endless dictates of the President, Congress, or the Supreme Court.

We will know that this task is complete when the Oath of Office and the 10th Amendment is on the lips of every man, woman, and child in America.

If you are you going to dream, dream big, right?
