Should free people be jailed for resisting what others swore publicly and willingly not to do?

Americans are divided over the Constitution

What will see us go to war with each other is not race.  It is not gender.  It is not sexual orientation or sexual identity.  These things are simply being used as tools to further the most important divide between us. 

The true American divide: 

Some of us want to be free to live as God intends and neither want nor need government at the center of our lives, and we believe that people are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men.” 

Others happily and passionately cling to government as god to solve all their problems and to, as they determine, enforce all that is right and to punish all that is wrong.  They believe in the power and genius of people and the Collective to order their lives and provide for them in all things. 

There can be no two more different views and, as a direct result, no two more different forms of government. 

A Constitutional Crisis: 

Because of these incompatible views on government, people hold radically different views on our Constitution, but only one is supported by history and reason. 

We are determined to resolve this pivotal, nation changing conflict by asking a single question of all those in our County that swore the Oath of Office as to which of the two polar opposite views on the Supreme Law in our Republic, that they publicly and willingly swore to obey and defend, that they hold. 

It will also help us to determine which Oath they swore and to whom it was sworn.   

To us to obey, enforce, and defend the Constitution, or to the federal government to obey them and enforce all of which they can conceive and decree? 

Our Constitution is? 

A) A list of Enumerated Powers that created, defines, and severely limits our federal government, with the 10th Amendment as its foundation.

B) A “living document,” which means that it means nothing, that federal employees limit themselves, and that we have a federal government through mob rule with limitless power.

What we are asking them: 

“You swore the Oath of Office publicly and willingly, now clarify in your own words in a signed statement which one of the only two possible views on our Constitution that you personally hold.” 

Our Job:  Tell them to… “just answer the question already! 

The truth and reality behind the answer to this question is civilization altering, and the Left knows it… which is why they are terrified we will ask, answer, and act on it.  They are determined to have and to transform our Republic, and that happens only if their agenda and narrative is allowed to be advanced. 

The Left’s problem is, and always has been, the Constitution.
